Beat the sentinel to unlock the Leaf of Sun, a treasure further along. A story can lock its boss the same way and save it for last. The kids make no account.

    Pick a story

    Take a ready-made one from the library. Or write one about the birthday child: about 30 minutes with the AI assistant you already use, $1 a card, art included.

    Print and hide the codes

    In the house, the backyard or the party venue. One set of codes serves every team, so leave each where you hid it. Check each spot has mobile data or Wi-Fi.

    Make teams and start

    Give each team a phone. A parent’s will do. Start the trail and a live scoreboard ranks the teams. You choose when it ends: before dinner or before the cake.

Pick a ready-made story that fits — dinosaurs, pirates, spies. Or write your own from 12 cards, $1 each, art included: the birthday child as the hero, their friends as allies, the dog as the final boss.

Yes. A grown-up on each team can read the cards out. On a story of your own written in English or Spanish, one press records every card in a synthesized voice, labeled Made with AI, and the kids press play to hear it. A ready-made story reads aloud only where its author recorded it.

As many as you have phones for. You set the number of players before you start and pay for them then, even if fewer come; a latecomer joins for $1 more while you have Gold Eggs. Guests pay nothing.
